Refund Policy

All sales for services or products provided by The Library Gentlemen’s Club are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to bottle service reservations and deposits, event tickets, merchandise, and e-commerce purchases.

 

Cancellation or rescheduling of a bottle service reservation or event ticket may be permitted at the discretion of The Library Gentlemen’s Club, subject to availability and additional fees. Any such changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation or event.

 

In the event that The Library Gentlemen’s Club cancels a bottle service reservation or event, customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit towards future purchases.

 

If there is an issue with a product purchased through our e-commerce platform, please contact us at info@thelibrarygc.com and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

 

By making a purchase through The Library Gentlemen’s Club website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy.
