We are excited to announce that The Library, a popular gentlemen’s club with locations in Las Vegas and Southern California, is currently seeking Managers to join our team. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the club and ensuring that our guests have a memorable Library experience.


  • Manage and supervise the bar staff, ensuring that all employees are following company policies and procedures
  • Handle the hiring and training of new staff members
  • Manage inventory, order supplies and maintain equipment
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations


  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or nightclub setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and labor management
  • Familiarity with local liquor laws and regulations
